for my narrative project in digital photography,

i wanted to capture the woman from a different viewpoint.

everyone wants to see a portrait full of beauty... 

i wanted to capture the woman by using antlers, which symbolize 
defense/survival/growth

the beginning of the end...

 

so those of you who do not know i am finishing up with 

my B.F.A. this May! 

below are a few images that give you a glimpse into what has led me to my thesis final.

i have been making dresses for the past year using domestic objects, such as trash bags, coffee filters, rags, brown bags, etc.... 

the medium that i have selected to use within my thesis show are materials that will best reflect my style, 

antlers + skulls... 

japanese paper + burlap & canvas

my show will be an evolving dress form that will grow through the gallery.
